Prawn Wonton – Four Seasons, Mumbai

We were in Mumbai and decided to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel for a night, before we got our flight home. As it was such a flying visit we ate in the hotel and the prawn wonton noodle soup at the San-Qi Asian restaurant caught my eye.


It turned out to be a good choice. Despite being rather small for the price, it was lovely. The stock was clean and neutral with a hint of sesame oil. The noodles were perfectly al dente, and the wontons are lovely and big, full of tasty chunks of prawn.

A very nice soup.
